So, if we practice to be present at the moment, not to judge and be kind to ourselves then our productivity and creativity will grow.
So, what is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a practice of paying attention to the present on purpose with an attitude of non-judgement. Mindfulness helps us to be present, it is continually informing our present state of awareness and only by repetition we can do so. Our brain is constantly changing because of the way we think, feel, our environment and many more factors but, we have very little awareness about it and by practicing mindfulness we can help our mind to grow in a better way.
